Microsoft has rebranded its CSP program to the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. CSP stands for Cloud Solution Provider. It is a program that allows trusted IT partners to directly sell, manage, and bundle Microsoft cloud services—such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365—for businesses.

Instead of purchasing licenses directly from Microsoft’s website or through long, rigid corporate contracts, organizations can purchase Microsoft services through a certified CSP partner.

Why Businesses Use a CSP

• Flexible Billing & Scaling: CSPs offer monthly or annual subscription models. Businesses can easily add, remove, or scale licenses up or down without committing to a large, long-term enterprise agreement.
• Centralized Support: Rather than contacting Microsoft’s general customer service, businesses receive direct, personalized technical support and localized IT expertise from their CSP partner.
